Key Responsibilities

  • Consultatively selling a wide array of insurance solutions to new and assigned customers with a support team of experts and skilled professionals to back you up.
  • Manage assigned book of business and client transactional needs including sales, marketing and service according to agency standards and procedures.
  • Continuously develop and apply product knowledge, market changes and underwriting skills to provide recommendations and suggestions regarding a client’s insurance program.
  • Engage with clients (in person, via telephone conversations, or via email) to discuss service needs, billing, and coverage questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Sales experience and acumen, to include researching, prospecting, qualifying, and finding the best solutions to client needs
  • Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
